ABOUT SARAH

Sarah discovered this work as a mother in crisis, holding onto life alongside her family through a prolonged period of darkness and fear. Psychedelic experiences helped her fundamentally shift perspective – transforming crisis into opportunity and allowing movement through grief with unexpected clarity and strength.

Her life as a global nomad taught her that home can be created wherever one lands: adapting with resilience, finding belonging in unfamiliar places, and viewing the world through multiple perspectives. Frequent relocations since childhood provided the space – and sometimes necessary solitude – to contemplate what truly matters and recognize inner purpose, even as external circumstances constantly shifted. As an adult, she raised her three children across seven countries while writing, editing, working as a personal trainer, and volunteering with incarcerated people and refugees.

Sarah holds an undergraduate degree from The College of William & Mary, a certification from the Radcliffe Publishing Procedures Course, and studied creative writing at Goddard College.

Her background in gymnastics, dance, and as a personal trainer brings a unique embodied perspective to her coaching practice. This deepens her affinity for and facilitation of somatic practices, offering clients a pathway to truly inhabit their bodies with awareness and intention. This work amplifies her approach to the understanding that our bodies hold wisdom that can guide healing when we learn to hear what they have to tell us.

As a published author of historical fiction based on her experiences living in occupied West Berlin, Sarah brings a rich imaginative capacity to her coaching. This creative background enhances her ability to help clients reframe their narratives and envision new possibilities beyond current circumstances.

Sarah holds certification from Third Wave's Psychedelic Coaching Institute with additional training through The Shift Network, and on somatic and trauma informed coaching through The Embody Lab, and the Strozzi Institute. Her approach remains warm, steady, and deeply respectful of each person's unique inner wisdom.
